Lo-Fi/Hi-Fi

While I'm a big fan of new tech and all the cool fancy stuff that is
coming up, I still have a soft spot for low tech and doing something
with it. I feel like being able to utilize lo-fi tech is one of the motifs
of a hacker, being able to utlize what you have and doing something with it

Don't get me wrong, I do love the modern tech, heck I have some modern gizmos
at hand, like my cellphone or tablet, but being able to do something with an
old piece of tech like a cellphone or an old tablet is incredibly satisfying.

With that said, I'm been deep down the interwebz rabbit hole and has found some
interesting cool stuff thats lo-fi yet hi-fi. One of them are single board
computers. To be fair, I've heard of them before and has tried to do something
with them but it just never materialized, I still have the gear at home but I
was thinking, like how I always decide on what or how to approach something.....

How could I use this in a zombie apocalypse?

LOL

Like a Raspberry Pi (or it's clones and variants) have super cool stuff you can do
with them since they're fairly powerful and lightly powered. For one thing that I
thought of I can do is install a fairly minimalistic OS and AI and have it as a
knowledgebase for when the apocalypse happens, or just have it on me as a personal
advisor on things that are happening in real life.

Etc, etc.

Overall, lots of nifty stuff to do with these things but those are some of the ideas
I am tinkering with.

live fast, die young, and leave a good looking corpse
