Need To Sleep

My sleep has been out of whack for awhile but it has been worst
recently. Like I've been on my rows of insomnia but lately, it's
2 days up, then crash and sleep and at it again - WTF

I know I need to sleep because that's when the body rests but my brain
just doesn't want to shut down - I might have to rely on sleep meds soon
but TBF, if I just sleep in a routine/systemized sort of way - then it'll
go back to normal but that is the creme du crap (lol), I just do so much
things at night and that's when my brain is fully active.

Decisions, decisions.
